We strive hard to provide you with a flawless product, perfect service, and an impeccable experience. Myrrh Inc will exchange or provide a merchandise credit for unopened, unused merchandise or damaged or defective merchandise within 15 days of purchase, accompanied by a sales receipt. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value. If you are still not happy with the Myrrh experience, we will gladly refund you the full amount.

For refunds/returns or Merchandise credit please contact our customer service department at sales@myrrhusa.com and we will get back to you under two business days to help you resolve the issue.

To Return an Item:

Place a copy of your invoice in along with the item(s) you are returning.

For your protection, we advise that you insure the package for the full amount of the items you are returning plus shipping charges. Myrrh Inc is not responsible for items lost or damaged while enroute back to us.

Make sure to keep your return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Myrrh Inc. All return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer.
