Once an order is submitted to our fulfillment center, it can take up to two (2) business days for our fulfillment center to process, pack, and ship orders. Myrrh Inc will exchange or provide a merchandise credit for unopened, unused merchandise or damaged or defective merchandise within 15 days of purchase, accompanied by a sales receipt. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value. If you are still not happy with the Myrrh experience, we will gladly refund you the full amount.

To Return an Item:

Place a copy of your invoice in along with the item(s) you are returning.

For your protection, we advise that you insure the package for the full amount of the items you are returning plus shipping charges. Myrrh Inc is not responsible for items lost or damaged while enroute back to us.

No. Soy wax is a clean burning wax that lasts longer than paraffin and of course creates petro soot free candles! When you extinguish our candles you will notice there is no black soot coming out, and is indeed all white. This is because there is no petroleum by product. Our Soy candles produce a negligible amount of soot because of added fragrances and because only a pure blue flame can be soot free (unless you invent something!).
